Synthesis after purchasing ingredients fails

Steps:
1. Get near a craft materials merchant
2. Open the craft log
3. Pick a recipe that you do not have the materials to make
4. Right click merchant and buy the materials (craft log should disappear)
5. Close merchant window (craft log should reappear)
6. Attempt the synthesis - This fails with the message that you do not have the mats
7. Close craft log
8. Open craft log
9. Retry synthesis (should work)
