Possible Limit Break Bug

Area and Coordinates: Haukke Manor Boss Room (coordinates unknown)
Steps:

1. Party approached boss to fight her
2. Party fought boss until the last set of monsters spawned in the room
3. I attempted to use my Limit Break
4. Although it was showing the button being pressed, no limit break was being cast (this includes no circle appearing for aiming purposes)
5. Multiple attempts to use the limit break yielded the same results

same bug over the duration of the final boss fight in tam-tara deepcroft. i was playing on the marlboro server as an arcanist on a ps3 trying to use a lvl 2 limit break, i had it mapped to LB+up and nothing happened no area indicater appeared or anything, the icon on my action bar flashed to show that the button sequence was infact being pressed but otherwise you couldnt tell atleast not to any outside party members.
