Unable to purchase CE Digital Upgrade

Is anyone else getting an error trying to purchase the digital CE upgrade for a 1.0 account? Been getting an error message since last night...

Online purchasing has been put on hold for the time being. This may also be affecting upgrades, but I cannot confirm that.

Yep I saw that, was hoping someone could confirm or deny this affected upgrades as well. It happened to me last night before the announcement

Anyone have a link where I can see the information on upgrading for when the system is working again? I haven't heard any information about this and I just googled it and nothing came up but collectors edition sales. I have the original FFXIV:CE so i'm interested in upgrading if possible in the future. Thanks

If you have a 1.0CE you should receive the digital items free of charge in your in game mail.
