I've just logged on at 12.15am Australian Eastern time Thursday, after the recent emergency maintenance to find a blank character selection screen with the message "Unable to update NA/EU character name list."
Obviously this prevents me accessing my character. Could someone comment on the nature of the problem and whether I can do anything, or should wait for the issue to be resolved?
