Programmable Mouse Not Working after Today's Patch

I have a Corsair M90 programmable mouse and I programmed a couple of the buttons on it to "2" and "3", which are two of the skills I mainly use. Last night it worked fine, but today these buttons do not respond in-game.

Steps I've taken to try and fix this:
-Test buttons out of game (they work when the game is minimized)
-Unplug, replug mouse
-Enable hardware playback in the mouse software
-Restart FFXIV: ARR
-Restart computer

So does anyone know of a fix for this, or why they would break a hardware feature?
