Regarding new characters.

Been sitting since yesterday trying to make my 2nd character, no luck yet getting a EU server to pop up and create one.

Already got a character on Ragnarok, I'm just curious - if i delete that one will i be able to create a character there again, or will it still be locked?

Reason is i simply want to start fresh again.

Certain servers are at capacity for players right now. If the name of the server is greyed out then you cannot create a character on that server until the servers are expanded which will happen by next week unless there are further issues.
