I just got my Collectors edition for the PC in the post.
How can i redeem this against my account that has carried over from 1.0 to get the digital items?
I cant find where to redeem the code for my account and the link on the card doesnt work?

I have the 20 digit code from the package of the collectors edition but don't know where to redeem :(
Yup same problem, its getting very annoying.
found it. once you have registered your C.E. with sony. then you have to download the whole game, again. a screen will pop up between logging up and game start up that has you "update" your game. once you do that the mog station will update and you will get your bonus. This sounds like its only go for people who has a physical copy of the C.E. of the ps3.
So that means i have a code for the collectors edition that is no use?
So i might as well just give it away to someone? and will have to pay extra to upgrade for the digital items :(
