If these packed server issues get solved within a few days, I'm going to try to persuade a friend to play that has an existing 1.0 account. For a 1.0 player that did not play Phase4, where can they download the game client/launcher? I haven't been able to find a download link anywhere, even in MogStation.
Recently helped a friend with the same issue. No idea where the link is physically located now but this was the original file location where I obtained the launcher from. He was able to download it and after reactivating his account was able to download/update with no trouble.
