Feature request: Linking items into chat

I'd like to be able to link items into chat. Atleast for private channels, not necessarily in public chats.

(Please use the auto translate function.)

bumping this, Shift-click any item and it will be placed into the chat box with a rollover to the item details.

I tried to do this yesterday five different ways to no avail. :( I would like to see this implemented. It's a lot easier for people to understand what you're talking about when they can see the linked tooltip if they haven't been exposed yet to what you're attempting to link.

Yeah, I don't mind keeping it non-public so people don't spam item links in shout chat, but having this ability for FC chat/linkshells would be good. Blacklists could be used for public chats too so actually I don't mind the idea of linking in shout chat. If anyone gets to be annoying they can be easily black listed..preferably with a right click black list option rather than the way it is now.

Also item previews including previews of dyes and being able to dye more gear since its all related would be nice.
