So I have like 100's of these damn things that I farmed up back in the day. Any idea what I can do with them now? Will I need them to continue to access bowl of embers? Do I trade them to someone, because I tried to trade them to the cracked materia guy but he would not take them. So anyone have anything useful I can do with these?

The tapers aren't used for anything right now. They probably won't be in the future, but personally I'd hold onto them just in case.
The totems and garuda thingies can be turned in for tomes at Rowena.
