Can't register my V 1.0 CE FF14 copy

Pre Ordered and purchased the original FF14 CE V 1.0 years ago. When trying to play under my V1.0 account I was locked out starting at early release despite being told there was nothing I had to do since I'm a 1.0 user and was in the betas, lies.

Well I tried to enter my CD keys from my CE 1.0 again and they just said they are already registered(yea to me >.>), yet it still won't show my account as active despite being able to see it in there old account system. It disappeared in that new mog one they created >.>.

Had to buy 2 new FF14 CE editions just to play early access, submitted 2 trouble tickets since Aug 23, 2013, and not even a response back from them as of yet.

Anyone else having this same problem and been notified of a solution?

Problems aside, I'm loving this game, GJ Yoshi and staff. :cool:
