Unable to complete version check - After 07/08 launcher patch

Error received: Unable to complete version check. [30410][30607][20457][409]
This is when you click 'login' from the launcher.
Misc info: Some people got this fixed by restarting their computer or router but does not work for me.

I have tried:
Restarting computer/router
Reset my account password
Run as administrator
Run with compatibility mode
Reinstall the game
Grant full access to 'everyone' for the square enix install directory.
Change the date in ffxivboot.ver to an older date to force launcher to repatch
No antivirus
Firewall switched off
