just found that one after looking around for spitfire.
solo'd him as a 50 LNC.
was hitting for around 250+ dmg each hit, and around 800 with his sleep bubble explosion thingy.

decent fight, allways had to keep my HP high enough not to get killed by his skill.
his position is (49,32) - rather close to camp glory (coerthas)

fun fight crappy drops (mec chainmail & karakul fleece)
i'll uploade some pics of the fight later on.

why are nms respawning so quick!?

Congratulations~ and thanks for the information! How fast are they respawning? I have yet to get in and see the results of the patch.

where does he spawn?

coerthas, near camp glory (49,32) he doesn't allways spawn at the exact same place, but within those coordinates

Ah and it is untradable.

Ran into spitfire just south of him at the lake.

Compared to the hourly spawns of FFXI, it takes just as long to get the items here with the low drop rates - even with the instant respawns. I think that's the point, really -- keep us busy and having fun and always having at least a small chance of getting the item. Took my party almost 4 hours to get us all drops from just one NM.

Seem like a good drop for my THM that Loyalist's Bilaud :)
