Guildleves with 1.17 - Guild token rates? Better or worse?

The patch notes for 1.17 specifically mentioned local leves (crafting leves) and stated:

•[dev1011] The rate and amount of guild tokens that can be obtained on local levequests have been adjusted.

I'm suspecting that this is referring to guild marks. However the patch notes don't state if this rate and amount is adjusted up or down. I'd like people to post their findings and let me know how this is different from before. Personally I see no difference because I'm still not getting guild marks from turning in Rank 20+ leves.

Dunno, havent turned one in yet, but going to gridania now to rectify that. i was hoping for battlecraft guildleve balancing tho. Stuck with the same 3 leves for good sp i suppose...

Update: Out of 5 leves turned in 1 gave guild marks. 730 Weaver marks with 12 appraisal

went 5/8 but it seems they lowered the amount you get max was 1000 with a lvl50 leve giving me 700

I think it does in fact need to be lowered. As a 49 ARC I have over 50-60k marks and nothing to really buy. Could use some tweaking overall but who knows what their plans are for guild marks/abilities in the future for the new battle system. Perhaps there will be more bought through marks? Or less?

Local leves guildmark rates is what this is about, not Battle leves.

I had 4/7 (failed the 8th) will update when i have down the next lot.

I noticed that although I had the GM reward more often the actual amount I received was much lower.

It's slightly lower return for me (490-950 instead of maybe 600-1200 before), but I'm getting them pretty much 50%.

Turning in 12 leves from the time I thought to take notes, I got guild marks from 7 of them. In the last 3 resets, I've gotten 3900 WVR marks doing 3 or 4 WVR leves per reset.


Personally, I was very comfortable with the Local Leve marks rate before 1.17, but a lot of players weren't, and I'm not displeased by the increase.

and good gains too, so i would say definately a higher rate
