Ok this is probably something completely nooby. Playing on the PS3 and I have an icon in the top right corner of my screen with a mail icon and says 2. I don't know how to access it, I presume it is the early access items.

Find a Mail Moogle, usually found around the main areas of the towns. He'll show up on your map to. Say Hi and you'll get your items.
It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
