The lodestone fails to update your character properly when you log out of the game (if that is when it updates it).
I currently logged out as fisher, with all my fishing gear equipped of course, but the frontpage of lodestone shows my arcanist gear while showing fishing stats. If I actually go to my character profile, it shows my fisher gear to go along with my fisher stats.
