It was taking 500-700 per hit, to my rank31 archer.
Died in 4 hits ;P

Defeated Cactuar Jack and all we got was a Sphene Bracelet

seems all the nms have near or a 100% drop rates and incredibly quick respawns (almost the same as normal mobs).

Epic fail if they are all like this.
