Lack of (debit) payment options

First of, yes i can just buy a gamecard in a store or use the very long way round of buying crysta with the ultimatepay option.
But i just want things to go automatic every X months

I only have a debit card with Maestro on it. Works in all of Europe. Never needed a credit card before. My debit card just has the option to "go into the red"
The payment options say that you can use a Debit card, but the only debit cards in the options are for one country only. Like Germany, UK, US, France and Canada only.
I have played indie games with more options for payment then SQ has.

Paypal would be a great option to add, or just for the people in the Netherlands: IDeal

I actually preordered the game using Paypal even, so I have no idea why it is not available anymore... It is probably the most popular online payment method, and every game company uses it
Ill wait until they include it so I can finally upgrade to CE/put up a subscription

My assumption for them removing Paypal was the ability for users to cancel a payment before it was actually deducted, while still retaining the product.

This was mentioned by a few others here on the forums as something they did, so I can't help but imagine the Paypal option was removed due to those situations.

What I'm also wondering about is why the Ultimatepay option is only for crysta
I was also looking into upgrading to the digital CE, but that lack of payment options stopped me. It might only be €14.99 but SQ isn't getting it any time soon
