Unable to Receive CE Status

I used the early access code included with my order to register and it appears my account is only registered as standard edition. I received my CE box in the mail today and went to enter the code I was given. The only place I could see to enter it was under "Bonus Code Registration". I entered it three separate times to make sure I didn't make any errors and it came up invalid each time. I assume because this code is meant for registering a new account but since I already have an account registered, I am unable to use it. I have the CE sitting on my desk unboxed and am able to provide proof of purchase. I just would like to receive my bonuses. Thank you.
