Right, so my quesiton basically is - I want to be a white mage later on so I started as conjurer. I've noticed that Highlander gives more MND than Midlander, does it matter though wich one I pick for the endgame content? Or are both viable healers even though the one has got more MND than the other? I'd appreciate some help! Thanks in advance :)
Race doesn't matter, The maker of this game said so. He said that u better choose that race u enjoy. Those +2 mind or +2 dex stats don't really matter at the end..
Choose whatever u feel like, and which race u want to play for the rest of the game!

Well, purely looking at race stats and the impact they'll have on your jobs at endgame, of course one race is going to be better than another. That said, the difference between the best race for a job and the worst race for a job should be fairly minimal.
At least, I'd imagine it will be that way until they add extremely hardcore content that absolutely pushes the limits of what you can do, where even a single point here and there makes a difference.
