Fishing still needs GP skills.

The other two gathering classes rely on dumb luck for HQ chances on mats, but they have skills to raise those HQ chances. Fishing relys on dumb luck as well, but that dumb luck is required to use mooch since we can only mooch HQ fish. In the case of the last fisher quest, we need to double mooch. I have done it twice in the past in a different location, but Fishing it is too rare and would be nice if there were some GP skills to raise the HQ rate. For fishing, since we don't have to run around, the skills can last only a certain number of catches before it wears off.

I know gamblers are fine with it and always will be, but its not really fair to the fisher to lack the ability the other gathering classes have. Or, simply raise the HQ cap for fishing and the effect of perception on fishing HQ (if the lack of offhand hasn't already been factored in)

It would also be nice to be able to SEE our hq chance on fisher, on each individual fish by clicking the fish in the log for full description

I also posted my thoughts on mooching in the mooching thread, but I think all mooch fish should be able to be used for mooching without HQ, but simply have a chance that nothing will bite if it isn't HQ, and make you catch another. HQ mooch should just ensure that the fish will bite.
