'No Valid Service Account' with digital copy bought from PSN

Hello.

I already have an existing service account (from 1.0 CE, with ARR CE and pre-order code applied).

My Mog Station reported as below:

Account Type: Collector's Edition (WIN)
Service Account Status : Standard
Remaining Days: 13 days

You have no Veteran Rewards.
Other Received Bonus Items

Anyhow, seeing that if I want to play on PS3, I need to get a copy. So I purchased Standard digital copy from PS Store. AFAIK there is no key to redeem.

I followed said the instruction in FAQ/Support to link to my existing service account.

Upon login, I got message telling me I don't have a valid service account. What gives?!?!
