collector edition items

how do i get them in the game and yes i have bought the CE of FFXIV its DD from gamestop

If you have entered your registration code onto your account through Mog Station then you should automatically receive the items when you log in next.

To addon, you should have gotten another set of codes with your CE, the EA and preorder codes only granted the preorder items.

Your going to have to in order to keep playing, put in product key it will add the free 30 days on top with this free week

from what it looks, I got the copy for free and I went and bought the CE from gamestop and the code they gave me is now another product key?

Why is it just a mess on their website to understand?
