Anyone else missing the 30 days you are supposed to get?

I only have 14 days of game time for some reason. Aren't we supposed to get free 30 days of game time?

I also have only 14 days. Well both of my accounts to be more precise have 14 days.

The 30 days only applies to new accounts. For us 1.0 owners, we're automatically put into the Welcome Back Campaign which only gives you 15 free days. Unless of course you specifically went and made a new account.

I have 2 days.... Can someone tell me why I have 2 ?!?!?!?

Can only speak from new product perspective. You need to go to the "Mog Station" link from Lodestone and add your PS3/Windows platform to your acct. You will be asked to input your registration code and then it adds the 30 days to your acct.

But im not a 1.0 owner. I never bought 1.0 no money no nothing never had a product code. I had a trial from a friend and that's it. I hated it and never bought it. I paid full price for 2.0 and I want everything I paid for.

Entering your code into the mog station grants you your bonus items and the full time.

I have now got my CE stuff and the 30 days.

Prior to that i had 3 days. My 1.0 account didn't appear to carry over for some reason i dont really care though it had nothing on it at all xD
