Digital Download NOt received

I purchased The Digtal download from Square Enix online store. at around 5.30pm...3hours ago. I have yet to receive an email with confirmation or a download link or anything. I later check back on the site and i get this......

SO do i get my money back? or do i have to wait about a week b4 i even get an email? They took my money but delivered no product.....O.o?
