Whenever there's a large amount of players on screen at once, enemies will disappear. This makes it nigh impossible to do very large scale FATES. Enemies should have a higher load priority than players. An enemy should never disappear or be invisible. If there's too many players then hide as many as needed for the enemy to load.
It happens with PC players as well and that's even with everything on max.
The same thing happening to me too. Even when I do turn the settings low on the PS3 the mobs and fate bosses still disappears.
The Behemoth FATE is especially bad. Most of the time, you can't target it because he vanishes. Then you get one shot by something you couldn't see.
