Basically, It's take forever for npcs and players to show up on my screen.
Whenever I load into a zone (which also takes quite a long time) and run off in some direction, eventually there will be no one around, at all. After a minute or so, npcs and players will slowly start showing up.
Does this have to do with server load, or is there something I can do on my machine to fix this?
