Code and CE problems.

Okay, although annoyed that I cannot play the game, it's not something I'm too angry about. However, I am not getting the CE digital items because I was a SE 1.0 player, least that's what others keep saying. This, this is bull. I've already been charged, I WANT the physical bonuses (CD, artbook and box, token) and since the money has been taken out, I am entitled to getting those digital bonuses without refunding and sending back a CE.

Second problem, one of those CEs were for a friend. I am guessing the early access/preorder codes would entitle her to play for a little while. But she's tried the early access redemption site (Where you put in the 20 characters that people would get on their CD key), also tried it on the Mogstation service account entry, and still nothing. Anyone able to suggest something that might work? And please, please no smartass and jackass answers.

Oh, and USPS sent the games to the WRONG STATE. Very, very annoyed at this point because of those things.

For the early access code, you need to first use the 18 digit code to retreive the 20 digit code for the game.

for the CE code not working with 1.0 SE accounts, you can always call support and try asking for a free digital upgrade.

or join my thread suggesting that the digital upgrade service should let us use the registration code that we got.

Just wanted to say I'm in the same boat as you :\.. 1.0 Player who pre-ordered the CE.. got the email on 8/27 with my code but can't enter it via the mog station.. it's extremely frustrating but for now I think we can only hope they're working on it. :[

Yeah, she's done that already, still hasn't worked. ;-;

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
