I am a gladiator and this had happen to me three times I will start a quest everything will be normal. When I finish it when the banner that says quest complete and it has the complete and decline button. For some reason it won't let me hit the complete button I remember that one of them was at the coliseum the guy next to the receptionist the guy who's quest is to defeat four little ladybugs.
