Denying access doesn't make sense.

What's wrong with the queue system? If there are no empty spaces simply don't process the queue. How difficult is that? SE has experience with MMOs and server requirements. How can they so severely underestimate the popularity of the game when so many people pre-ordered it. To completely DENY a decent portion of your customers access is about the dumbest idea imaginable. And to not boot AFKs is just icing on the cake. Someone needs to get fired for this, seriously.
