Quest: You Can't take it with you

Anyone have any idea where to get the needle nose pincers? I've checked the market as the quest suggested but no luck.

What did you do, I talk to the guy and he says if you are just here to browse. COnfused as hell at the moment cause he wont give them to me and I got the Bull Point Chisel.
