Character transfer to less busy servers

In an attempt to help out server load balance, are we able to transfer our characters (maybe just our mains anyways) to a preselected server? Say the least busiest?
This would definitely help with load balancing on your servers, and as a result would allow more people to play.

I really don't care what server i'm on personally. I chose at random. It would seem i should have chosen a different server. But i'm also willing to do a transfer to the least busiest server to help out (And to play):D

I agree. I could care less where I land. I'd just like to play. Even the two newest servers are in the same boat though I'm pretty sure.

I agree. My wife and I created characters on Diabolos and Coerul, and we cannot log in due to 1017. :( I am reluctant to create another character just to get locked out of it again.
