PS3 and PC users

I have a service account for my character because I purchased FFXIV ver 1.0

I also alpha/beta tested 1.0 and ARR. I beta tested the PS3 beta too.

Now, my problem. My wife wants to play too. So, I pre-ordered PS3 ARR. We want to play at the same time, me on the PC, her on the PS3. So, I made another service account for her and registered the PS3 code from the pre-ordered PS3 I just purchased. Now, when I downloaded the PS3 ARR it wont let me use her service account user ID. WHY? This is an issue for me because

Also, I do not have the new client for ARR for my PC. Where can I get the new client?
