Press L1 and R3 to bring up the cursor and then click and drag the dot on the general tab. :D
wait, omg, click and drag on the dot? where is that at? man i am such a noooob.
oh wait never mind i got it!! thanks a bunch you have no idea how much of a big help you've been thank you!!!!!!!!!!
You just press that spot and you can shift it...the rest of the bars and areas move in the HUD window.
