Forum is broken, ideas?

Any idea why my forum looks like this? It's been this way for a couple days now.

Because it got heavy traffic, it's like you almost got HTTP Error 400 Bad Request or service is not responding error.

Never had any error pop up, it's just looked like crap since a couple days ago. Really have no explanation :/
