When FFXIV launched for the first time, I had preordered/bought FFXIV on launch day. I did not get to play much of 1.0, but I was excited that I did not have to rebuy the game again.
From what I read, my 1.0 CE would change to an ARR CE account, but logging on last night into the mog station, my account says that I'm standard.
I still have the codes for my Onion Helm, original game box, (token and journal packed away since I had already bought a SE Token when they first launched), and the special "Right of Passage" paper you could redeem (I didn't but I still have the paper with the code).
Was there something I was supposed to do to my account, or something I'm supposed to click on in the Mog Station?

There are a lot of people having the same problem. My boyfriend and I are both 1.0 CE but only my account says CE. His still says standard. Another player got an email saying they were looking into it.

had to play it .... you should still be able to use the code, I think and it should upgrade...I know mine was ARR Ce when I did get to log in after 5 days of not being able to... for all of 20 minutes
