Request for time out function

I think theres a reason most MMOs have this feature. People are afraid to log out when they are no longer playing the game because they don't want to come back to a "world is full" message, so they are leaving their characters logged in while they go to bed, go to work, etc.

This makes it hard for those of us who want to actually play the game. I have a feeling alot (not all) of the congestion would be reduced if they only allowed active players to stay in the game.

This discussion came up in a few zones last night alone where there are people just sitting in one spot for 10+ minutes not moving or doing anything.
