Where is my Digital CE code ?

for what i heard this is day 1 after all and they launched the game so where is it ??? i have received no email, instead of that i received an "early access" code which I ALREADY HAD !? WTF ?

I was not receiving emails either, It was because I was using AOL mail. I called the company handling the digital download (digitalriver). They changed my email address and seconds later I received the email with codes I have been waiting for. Maybe changing your email address will help :)

My email is ok cause i received an "early access" code which i already had, but no CE code -_-
