You have been disconnected from PSN error 9000 related

I do not know if others here are having the same problem but weird things are happening to my PS3 when ever I get hit with error 9000. It ends up also kicking me off of PSN as well forcing me to do a network internet test in order to be able to log back in. I have absolutely no idea what is causing this problem and my ISP is confused as well as to what's causing it.

Should I just chalk this up to being another bug that is happening with the launch of this game?

Odds are that its the other way around. 9000 is a server disconnect. It's likely that something on your network is disconnecting from PSN and FFXIV. I would doubt highly that FFXIV affects PSN. Double check your network, make sure you arent running high bandwidth tasks. Maybe reboot the ISP equipment and any other networking devices downstream.
