Screenshots and minimizing crashes client and causes Error 3102

If you take a screenshot using the in-game screenshot key and then minimize the game afterwards (or change the display - windows, borderless window, full screen), the client immediately crashes. When you try to log in that character, you will find yourself with Error 3102 ("You are still logged on.") for a couple of minutes.

Frequency: Every time.
Steps:
1. Take screenshot using in-game screenshot key.
2. Minimize the game or change the display method (windowed, borderless window, full screen).
3. Attempt to log in back into that character.
