"Cropped" Intro Video (And Other Issues)

Ever since the current version of the intro video was added back in beta, the top half is cut off, like it has been cropped. I also have the settings set to play ZERO sound when the game is in the background, yet the intro video will play rather loudly (in game no sound plays when alt-tabbed or minimized). I play in "borderless windowed mode" but have tried windowed and full-screen and the cropping and sound in the background both still occur.

Another issue I have is I keep getting dc'd with is a reason code of "90000". What happens next though I have not heard of happening to anyone else. It returns me to the main screen with the setting options and the "start" for character select options are, but the "start" option is greyed out. It then proceeds to give an error after about 5-15 second saying something about "lobby communication issues" (unfortunately I don't have the exact error) followed by quitting me to the desktop. When I relaunch the game, I get the "World Full: 1017" error. The world full error will continue indefinitely.

The third issue I am having is that with this latest crash, my character on the Lodestone website is not updating and is even still showing me logged into the game (seen on my linkshell page). I logged out of the Lodestone website, properly exited the game client, re-logged into the Lodestone and it still showed be with improper levels, gear, active class and not showing my CE minion as owned. (On a side note I can not seem to find a way to change the privacy settings for my Lodestone 'active character' account once set and would like to be able to do so.)

Not sure what to do about any of this. I am hoping a Dev or GM can help sort these issues out.

Everytime this issue is brought up, the windows update is blamed. I appreciate people suggesting solutions, I've followed this and it hasn't solved it in my case. I'm not sure about others who have mentioned it happens to them :/

I'm sure it's worked for some people and it's helpful for those whom this is the cause Im sure, just want to get it out there though that this still seems to be happening to some people and it's NOT because of the windows update

Thanks guys, I found the Windows Update post shortly after and it did work for me. I have a friend who's video drivers needed updating as well as the Windows update (his video card kept crashing and he would have to restart the game). Perhaps you should look into that Dijana?
Not sure if it will help you or not, but my issue is resolved and hopefully you can get your graphics issues worked out too. Good Luck!

I'm gonna try this because I was getting the same sort of thing with my videos, I had to play in borderless window to see my video/cutscene stuff. I also had other lgihting issues and maybe this was the cause. Now if only I could login to see............
