I've had my ticket submitted for quite awhile now, but I've heard nothing from SE on this matter since this statement. I'm wondering when they're going to allow 1.0 players who encountered issues in Phase 4 the chance to re-customize their character.
Tried submitting support e-mails, but still haven't been able to get in touch with anyone regarding the matter.
