When I go to my mog station page and go to account services, all I see is my free trial acnt, and no way to start a subscription. I also want to upgrade to collectors edition but it is not there either. Please help, I want to get this started ASAP.

If you go to there, log in and then click the service account link on the left (which takes you to mog station) it should work. -

Wherever you bought the CE from, check your email and/or read instructions that tell you what you need to do.

I have not bought the CE, and I can't find a place to upgrade to it. I can't even see a place to enter a subscription plan. When I click account services this is all I see.

Did you pre order the game? If so, wait till the game arrives and when it does have a look for the registration Code that comes in the case (the leaflet that says Registration Code with 20 digits not the other one). Access the Mog station > click on Account Services > Click on Add Windows (R) service (if you are using Windows version) > then input the 20 digit code for your proper official activation :) Once you have done this a subscription tab and Renewal Subscription Tab will appear. Input your info and your done :)
I don't know how to upgrade to CCE sorry :( maybe some one else can help you with that -
