Good evening everyone,

first off I would like to adress a great job to SQUARE ENIX for the amazing game they released. I got it today from my boyfriend.

We've played some time now and unfortunately we could not make our characters on the European servers, regarding that I've got some questions wich I will adress at the end of this wall-o-text.

Well, we've had the chance to create our toons on one of the NA servers, got them to level 11 and then unfortunately our internet crashed, since then we ain't able to log back in wich is kind of annoying!

While I do understand that the launch of an MMO brings a lot of attention to it I expect SE to be prepared for it, we've seen it happening on other games and the community suffers out of it the most as we all know that "customers" are very sensetive beings, gamers probably even more if they don't get their fix.
