Grand company rank up? IF

Hi we have the immortal flames rank 2 complete and did the commender triel ( darkhold ) and the next log doesnt open

Anyone knows?

Already made a thread on this.

I have done testing and it seems like it is just "locked" at the moment.

I know people that have completed the story and are the same rank and can't seem to get the quest, I've also seen people with the minion from ranking up (20,000 seals) but never asked them.

I have no idea what it takes to get the rank up quest...
