Two service accounts?

Upon clicking Start, I have two service accounts. I just registered my CE code to the account with my characters on it (I hope, it did say it was there), but now I suddenly have two service accounts, one with my characters, and one without.

Haven't been able to log in yet due to the 1017 nonsense (On release?! Come on!) but I just want to know if this is normal, and if I just registered my CE stuff to the wrong account or something... Help. T_T

Also, put the queue list back up!!
