No Registration Code...

I had a Gamestop CE reserve for the PS3 and got my preorder code for it. Later I purchased the PSN Digital CE and eventually got the code for that (after the whole refund fiasco). Since the PSN CE version wasn't working properly at first I used my Gamestop code for P4/Early Access but I never received a Registration code through Gamestop or PSN. Alternately, somehow my CE items are linked to a 2nd account (never entered registration code) but the EA items are on the first account. Am I screwed out of the CE items and the 30 day trial (also on 2nd account)?
