Auto-Targeting and Target-Lock.
When playing GLD I noticed the Auto-Target function rarely activates and I find myself having to hit F9/Tab to manually re-select a target after a monster has been defeated, even if the target is right behind the previous monster. I also have "Enable auto-targeting when no target is specified." turned on in the Character configuration Tab.
The only time I am sure that auto-targeting has a better chance to work is when I have the target locked, but the movement of character/camera during lock-on "mode" can feel clumsy and slow to where sometimes it will cause me to get hit with AoE that I know I could have avoided.
It would be much better if we could lock-on the target and still have the freedom of movement that we do when not locked on.
If there's any player solution to this, I'd be glad to hear it. I just like it when battles can flow and I'm not having to fiddle around so much. It's possible I just need to get used to it, but I do feel there needs to be some improvement here and that something might be in need of a fix.
Edit: I played around with some settings and I've became pretty adept to the way things are, it's not really a problem.
