SE is probably experiencing all kinds of issues with outsourcing of this nature and translation and such.

And knowing my french Canadian brethren and their "quirky" views on language, I can only assume its been a tough road getting used to this transition.

I'm pissed as all hell I keep getting 1017'd, but if you really didnt care, mayhaps you would not have gotten invested in NA situated servers.

Benefit of the doubt given, maybe my ping will end up better than I currently get on JP servers
