chat support refuses to answer when i am #1 in queue

they just disconnect after i wait for 3 hours to get in and the notice about preorder codes being redeemable via ps3 at 1pm pst is a lie both of the ones i have are coming back wrong region invalid. sony said they absolutely will not fix this issue and square has to replace our psn codes with the proper ones for our regions. i'm in north america, and receiving no help thus far..... i didn't get early access but i at least want my preorder items before the 30th when square said if you don't redeem "tough shit"

You queue for 3 hours , I queued from yesterday until now , 3 -4 hours queue per session. Roughly 7 sessions already, all ends up to be disconnected .

According to the agent it was because they were too " BUSY " to answer your stuff .

Yup, already has happened to me once. I'm back in the queue now at 19. It will probably happen to me again. I am also waiting on the phone with them. One HAS to go thru......right! LOL
